Priceless Hearts BHS will provide counseling and addiction treatment for people with mental health and or substance/alcohol abuse issues. Our goal is to restore a quality of life to all individuals affected by substance abuse and mental health issues and concerns. Through treatment and services, our clients will transition back into their respective communities to become productive members of society.
All potential clients will be admitted through our intake process by our office administrator during operating hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The intake process will include a thorough interview of the client to determine the best practice for effective and efficient treatment. After the intake process is completed, the client will be admitted to our Supportive Housing facility where they will be boarded and admitted to our clinic for treatment.

Mrs. Mabel McCord is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Priceless Hearts Behavioral Health Services. Mrs. Mabel is originally from Passaic, New Jersey. It was there her vision and goal to establish a treatment facility to help others in an environment that values the dignity of everyone was born. She is tasked with the day-to-day operations, marketing functions, broadening the agency’s goals.
In the position as Chief Executive Officer, Mrs. Mabel relies on her knowledge and skills as a behavioral specialist. This honed knowledge is the result of over 2 decades of experiences and training working with at risk youth in Baltimore City and with inmates in the role as correction officer in her home state of New Jersey.
Mrs. Mabel’s experiences decrease the stress in the development of organizational strategies for continuous improvements and efficient business operations. She is a multi-tasker juggling multiple duties within a fast-paced environment with multiple personalities.
Mrs. Mabel displays her heart of gold on her sleeve and is quick to assist those in need, be it a client in need of treatment services; a staff member in need of support; or a referral source in need of business information. Mrs. Mabel has a Heart of gold and it’s Priceless.
Mabel is an effective trainer with extensive knowledge in HIPPA, COMAR and HFCA laws and regulations. Mabel is First Aid, CPR and Med Tech Certified. Additionally, and as the Chief Executive Officer, she ensures compliance with all local, state and federal regulatory agencies.
In her role as Chief Financial Officer, Mrs. Ty McCord is responsible for managing the company’s finances which includes risk management and financial reporting.
Ty McCord is the strong supporter and the go to person for Mrs. Mabel. Mrs. Ty oversees transportation and fiscal duties of Priceless Hearts. She actively engages the clients with her straight to the point nature. She ensures the physical needs of the clients, staff, and agency are met. She helps the atmosphere to remain functional and orderly. Ty is the aorta of Priceless Hearts that keeps everything functioning
